TTM was founded in 2011 as a manufacturer of fixture&jigs, automation equipment for the automotive industry. Since then, we have been striving for close cooperation with well-known automobile manufacturers and meeting the changing needs of the industry with open mind and innovative solutions.

We have accumulated experience in making big fixtures and jigs for checking products such as Bumper, Engine Cover, Car Door, Fender, Side Panel, Panel Roof, Body-in-White and so on. As a global player, we supply attributes, CMM holding fixtures, welding fixture&jigs as well as automation equipment to our customers in Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. With 2017 sales of $8.50 Million, TMM has become the first runner in this industry.

Our production advantages include the advanced AWEI, MAZAK CNC, Hexagon CMM inspection equipment ensuring uniform manufacturing and production standards. Our world-class products are designed and manufactured by a team of over 150 employees.

Our Design team

We combine accumulated industrty experience and expertise to approach all of the challenges in fixture and jigs design. Gemany technical expert with over 45 years of experience in gauge industry will provide ourstandign technical support to our design. Our design team have 22 design Engineers more than 5 years experience and can transform any format 3D or data from customer. We design software have Unigraphics NX Siemens , CatiaV5, Autodesk-Auto-CAD etc.

We have the qulification of making fixtures of medium and scale-big structure parts in the list of checking fixture suppliers of many OEM. In past 7 years we made many sucessfull projects , included Ford CD6、Ford 3F61、Ford U540、Ford 3F79, Canada Ford U611/U625 etc.

History

In 2018　TTM move forward with the quality belief to create a world-class enterprise.

In 2017　TTM moved to its present location for expansion, total plant area 16000m2. The annual output we can reach is 1500 sets and sales is over 8.50 Million. Total number of employees has grown from less than 20 at the beginning of its foundation to a team of more than 150 people. In this year, we established the Fixture Division, which is responsible for the design and manufacturing of fixtures and automation equipment.

In 2016　we introduced large-scale CMM inspection equipment and completed Porsche, Lamborghini and Tesla checking fixture projects.

In 2015　we began to work together with OEM JMC and DFL.

In 2014　we cooperated with KIRCHHOFF Automotive.

In 2013　TTM had introduced more advanced equipment in this year, focusing more on quality improvement and standard manufacturing process.

In 2012　TTM moved to HengLi Town, DongGuan for great advancement and built cooperation relationship with Magna International Inc.

In 2011　Top Talent Checking Fixture Manufacturer Co.Ltd was founded in ShenZhen.
